“New York should take President Obama’s challenge and be the first state to pass a law to keep all students in school and learning until they reach the age of 18,” said Billy Easton, Executive Director, Alliance for Quality Education. “And just as President Obama has called on Congress to take steps now to halt the growth of college student debt,  New York should stop the growth of student debt now.”
